Moving with Purpose
Growth has always been central to my life — typically through reading books or high-intensity exercise. But everything shifted in 2022 when my husband and I welcomed our son. Motherhood brought me deep joy and purpose, but I desperately felt like I needed to step into a lighter, more energized rhythm again.
After months of feeling overstimulated, I woke up at dawn and rolled out my blue yoga mat. I flowed in my living room for 30 minutes. That quiet practice, paired with prayer and devotion, became my physical, emotional and spiritual anchor. What started as a way to stay physically active grew into something more.
Practicing yoga helped me feel calmer and more centered, and I wanted to meet other people who felt that same shift. After months of practicing alone, I decided to join a local studio. I eventually, I became certified in yoga instruction and sound meditation. That journey led to Flow & Release with Kandis.
My goal is to create flows that are simple to follow and thoughtfully tailored so everyone can feel at home in their practice. They are designed to help you release unwanted stress, awaken your senses and reconnect with yourself.
